Lawyer Apollo Mboya has moved to court seeking to restrain the government from advertising its achievements in its new delivery portal. The lawyer wants the court to declare that the use of public resources to launch and maintain the portal contravenes the Elections Offences Act, 2016 and is therefore irregular and illegal.
