Our Legal CorrespondentNew Delhi: Former BCCI president Anurag Thakur on Wednesday moved Supreme Court seeking a recall of the apex court's January 2, 2017 directions for implementation of the Justice R.M. Lodha committee recommendations involving far reaching changes in the body's functioning. Thakur has filed an impleadment application in the petition already filed by the BCCI challenging the directions for implementation of the Lodha panel recommendations. Thakur in his impleadment application which is yet to come up for hearing has claimed that the apex court directions of January 2017, while he was the president of the BCCI, had caused "grave miscarriage of justice" to him as he had been ousted from the post on account of the direction.
