John Ameh, AbujaA 27-year-old lady, Hannatu Muhammad, was among members of the Board of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission inaugurated by President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja on Monday. The new Chairman of the commission is Prof Bolaji Owasanoye, the fourth since former President Olusegun Obasanjo established the ICPC in 1999. “They pretend that they do not know what corruption is, but Nigerians know what corruption is. He stated that this must stop, adding, “We are determined to ensure that every agency of government accounts for public revenue generated or expended. “Therefore, the political will required to fight corruption is available.
