PUTRAJAYA: Transport Minister Anthony Loke will propose to the Cabinet that the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) be put directly under the purview of his ministry so as to better integrate the nation’s public transportation system. There have been times when some duties overlap (with the ministry), so if SPAD is placed under the Transport Ministry, this will smoothen implementation and operational processes.
