Ansals in the dock again over Uphaar fire, now for fiddling with evidence

A bench of Justice Siddharth Mridul held that there was adequate material on record before the magisterial court to justify framing of charges against Ansals and others. It also directed the magisterial court to proceed with the trial in the case. In 2007, a trial court had convicted 12 people, including the Ansals, in the main case, which ended up in the Supreme Court.
