The 17-year-old was arrested from Valayan village of Naogaon district on Tuesday around 09:30 pm. “We tracked down the boy’s location, while Noagaon police conducted a drive to arrest him,” he said. “He would call the hotline, and start making indecent advances whenever a woman received the call,” he added.
