The arrestee was identified as Md Meraj Al Sadi, 30, son of late Abdul Mannan from the same area. RAB 6 Media Officer ASP Mahbub Alam said in the primary investigation Meraj has confessed about spreading rumours over coronavirus through Facebook. He has been handed over to Khalishpur police station, the RAB official added. The fast spreading coronavirus has claimed over 10,000 lives and infected more than 245,000 people across the world, according to the worldometer.
