Atangana Joseph Yannick like every other candidates respected this rules so there is still an unanswered question how this all happened. According to the release, the name Atangana Joseph Yannick passed Economics and Finance( name number 11 in that cartegory), and General Administration(name number 26 in that cartegory) in the entrance exams written in this year . He continues that students who sat at the said examination are faced with an option of either Economics and Finance or General Administration not both. This new fraud signed by the Director General himself comes bearly a month after some 5 students were dismissed after being found guilty by the disciplinary board of ENAM of cheating and sneaking in various unauthorised materials into the examination room in mid July of 2016 .
