The self-styled guru, Falahari baba, accused of raping a 21-year-old young woman at his ashram, has been arrested by the Rajasthan police on Saturday soon after he was discharged from the hospital. The woman lodged a zero FIR against Falahari baba with Bilaspur police station in Chhattisgarh state on September 11, reports India Samvad. When the investigating officer reached Alwar Ashram to interrogate Sant Kaushlendra Falahari Maharaj, the guru got himself admitted in the hospital, complaining of an intestine infection. The family then met the Chhattisgarh DGP on whose instructions the zero FIR was filed and the matter was forwarded to the Alwar police. After raping the girl, Falahari baba also threatened her not to disclose anything as he had connections with top politicians and police officers.
