borkenaDecember 13,2018A report by Bloomberg today, which cited anonymous sources within Saudi government, says that Saudi-born Ethiopian billionaire Al Amoudi is “still alive.”There has been rumor in Saudi Arabia’s business circle that he is deceased, added the report. He was arrested in November 2017 at the Riz-Carlton hotel along with some Saudi Royal families and businessmen but was later reportedly transferred to Saudi’s maximum security prison. When Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed visited Saudi Arabia in May of this year, with invitation from Saudi government, he raised the issue of Al-Amoudi.
