The winning proposal for a multimillion-dollar renovation of Hamilton's downtown entertainment facilities is expected to be revealed Friday. The city was weighing two proposals to revitalize FirstOntario Centre, the Hamilton Convention Centre and FirstOntario Concert Hall (formerly Hamilton Place).
