Conservative pundit Ann Coulter continued her harsh criticism of President Trump as he unveiled his long-awaited immigration plan on Thursday, challenging his English proficiency. “If you become VERY proficient at English, someday you will understand the meaning of the word ‘WALL,’” Coulter tweeted at the president.
