Angling Notes: mixed fortunes on last week of season on Lough Corrib

The last week of the season on Lough Corrib was one of mixed fortunes. Guests staying at Corrib View Lodge enjoyed the last few days with plenty of fish in the Ballynalty area on dry olives and sedge fishing. The Ballindiff area also produced good fishing for Gary Carroll and Laurence Barkey with dry fly action. Real rescue footage is accompanied by emotive interviews from the lifeboat crews alongside the people they rescue and their families. Participating cyclists were C Hickey, D King, D O’Donoghue, F Sheridan, J Gallagher, J J Flaherty, J King, N Finney, R King (area lifeboat manager), S Ashe, S O’Hora and W O’Hora.
