“New York gave me my work ethic and such a strong vibe,” Angel says. “In August we inquired about a juice bar in our neighborhood in Harlem that had been vacant everyday for the last four years,” she says. “For the first six months, I was in the juice bar every day, talking to customers and neighbors who would become regulars.
