MANILA, Philippines – Angat Dam’s water elevation level dropped below the 160 – meter critical mark as of Thursday morning the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Pagasa data showed that as of 6:00 a.m. Thursday, the water level is at 159.93 meters, 0.37 meters lower than the measured level on Wednesday.
