At 8 a.m. the dam’s water level rose to 185.54 meters above sea level (masl) from 185.49 masl the previous day. ADVERTISEMENTBut the Bustos Dam below Angat Dam released water up to 156 cubic meters per second starting Tuesday until early Wednesday morning. Its elevation rose to 17.35 masl, which was above the 17.30-masl spilling level. The discharge was stopped when the elevation settled at 17.28 masl.
