Andy Rubin is well known amongst tech aficionados as one of the brains behind Google's ultra successful mobile operating system - Android. After leaving Google in October 2014, he has been busy with a lot of new projects, the chief amongst them being his new smartphone company - Essential. We are not the only ones who think the device poses a striking resemblance to the Xiaomi Mi Mix. Clinton Jeff, who works for Xiaomi, posted an picture on twitter spoofing Andy Rubin's post, with the Xiaomi Mi Mix held in the same way as essential's new smartphone. If someone can knock the might iPhone of the top, it can very well be a smartphone from Andy Rubin.
