Andrew McKinlay on Rangers next chief executive radar as Hearts supremo considered to replace James Bisgrove

The Light Blues have been impressed with the job the chief executive has done at Hearts. Rangers are currently going through the process of looking for their own chief executive after James Bisgrove stepped down last month. McKinlay has been named as the Scottish Professional Football League chief executive officer of the year, having previously won it two years earlier and has a proven track record in Scottish sport. He has previously been the chief executive of Scottish Golf and was a board member at the Scottish Football Association, where he worked for six years. Rangers chairman John Bennett is currently holding the chief executive position at Ibrox until they can find a replacement.
