WASHINGTON—“It is still, in many ways, a man’s world,” Andrew Cuomo said Tuesday. And that’s what I’ll do,” Cuomo said, announcing he’d leave office in 14 days. Cuomo gave no hint of feeling ashamed of what he’d done, of the culture he’d presided over, of the pain he’d caused. Cuomo is leaving, by his own account because he figures he has to, not because he thinks he should. In this man’s world, he’s still a victim of misunderstandings that led to politicized persecution.
