The 34-year-old posed with pals and members of his family who were dressed up as a variety of nativity characters. He has yet to respond or remove the picture despite a large number of negative comments. France's World Cup star Antoine Griezmann was caught in similar storm over a year ago when dressed in blackface as a Harlem Globetrotter. One took to twitter to say: "Painting your skin black is inherently racist, no exceptions." In December 2017, Griezmann deleted his picture at an 80s party after social media backlash.
