The report on human health risks and the safety of the electrical system at the currently vacant official residence — prepared by J.L. The agency also regularly inspects and maintains all life safety systems, including the fire detection system. The report says the general state of repair of 24 Sussex in 2011 was “unsatisfactory for an asset of such national significance. “However, the latent risk associated with the remaining RH-BX cable in the residence cannot be addressed through such a program.
