Kiwis could consume 10 million litres of carbon neutral Anchor milk next year after five of the brand’s speciality milks were certified carbon zero. The certification comes after work with AgResearch and independent certifier, Toitū Envirocare, and applies to Anchor Organic, Protein+, Zero Lacto, Silver Top and Calci+. AgResearch measured the carbon footprint for the milks, which includes all greenhouse gas emissions across the products’ lifecycle.
