Analyse past year’s terror cases and boost capabilities: Amit Shah at anti-terror conference

The Minister said the April 22 terror attack at the Baisaran Valley in Pahalgam shook the entire country. The Home Minister also unveiled the NIA’s updated crime manual, the Organised Crime Network Database and the Lost/Looted and Recovered Weapon Database. He said that the NIA has worked hard to create a common Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) structure and sent it to the police forces of the States. The common ATS structure and operational uniformity will give an advantage in prosecuting terrorists. He said the database of terrorists and criminals should be made a core asset of the zero-terror policy.
