A prototype TVR Griffith has popped up for sale, one of three development cars for the original Griffith 200. TVR supplied Griffith with the Grantura to work with as a base, while Ford provided V8 power. RM Sotheby's The original Griffith used the Grantura as a base and a Ford V8 for power. RM Sotheby's The 4.26-litre Ford V8 was only used in this prototype. According to RM Sotheby's, this prototype is the only Griffith to have kept the 4.26L V8, making around 145kW.
