The spacious former Dean & DeLuca on the Upper East Side has now become a branch of Butterfield Market, a store that has been on Lexington Avenue since 1915. They also opened up the white-tiled space, with fewer counters clogging central aisles, in part to observe social distancing and also for a more expansive look.
