Mr. Tidmarsh focused on monitoring the details of the fish tanks and the level of nutrients the plants were getting. On a recent afternoon, Mr. Tidmarsh checks nutrient levels in tanks that hold koi at the pilot greenhouse. “It does provide hope not just for me, but others on the autism spectrum to find and keep jobs,” he says.
