An Adair County Man was arrested early this morning on domestic violence and strangulation chargesIssac Frazier, age 27, of Columbia, was arrested by Deputy Hitch with the Adair County Sheriff’s Office just after 1 a.m.Frazier, was charged with Assault, 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) Minor Injury and Strangulation 1st Degree (Non-Domestic Violence). He was lodged into the Adair County Regional Jail.
