The Presidential Amnesty Programme says additional 450 ex-agitators have been deployed to facilities in the Niger Delta to learn the business of oil spill response, cleanup and remediation. The programme, it said, was in line with the novel Train, Employ and Mentor scheme introduced by its Interim Administrator, Col. Milland Dikio (retd). Dikio, stated this while addressing the ex-agitators after the second batch of Basic Orientation Course organised for the former agitators in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
