Former national rally champion Amittrajit Ghosh will compete in the FIA European Rally Championship (ERC) this year. Ghosh will take part in the ERC 3 category of the championship alongside long time co-driver Ashwin Naik. Ghosh has won the Indian National Rally Championship twice (2012 and 2013)m and the Indian National Racing Championship once​ (2005), besides winning the MRF Racing Challenge and the Indian National Rally Championship in the 1400cc category.
