Aminul Islam, a former national team captain, has been elected as the new president of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), reports bdnews24.com. The meeting began with the National Sports Council (NSC) officially naming him as a BCB director. The board members subsequently elected Aminul as president through a vote. Aminul becomes the 16th president of the BCB. The 57-year-old has spent many years working as a development manager for the International Cricket Council (ICC).
