So far, neither Blinken nor President Joe Biden have made a public statement regarding the situation in Colombia. The country’s finance minister, Alberto Carrasquilla, also resigned; Duque replaced him with his commerce and trade minister, José Manuel Restrepo. “This is the most ambitious education program ever seen in Colombia,” Duque claimed.
