Authorities are now preparing a criminal complaint against an American pedophile, who was arrested upon his arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) last week. “His conversations with the would-be victims allegedly suggested that Alderman was going to meet them when he comes here and have sexual intercourse with them,” Morente noted. Mariñas said the PNP-WCPC operatives immediately took Alderman into custody and brought him to Camp Crame where he is undergoing investigation. The WCPC is the PNP’s lead unit in cases of violence against women and children (VAWC), and trafficking in persons (TIP).
