American lawyers have asked the government to protect all victims of police misconduct. Brown recommends that the government adopts proactive policies to ensure the protection of victims of alleged police misconduct and their lawyers. The lawyers President Paulette Brown said the government ought to investigate the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
