According to the victim, he joined an investment scheme through the 'Moo Moo Chat' application. There, he chatted with a female suspect via WhatsApp to discuss the investment on Nov 26, 2025. "The complainant made transactions in stages into eleven different bank accounts, totaling RM664,278.00," he said. However, the victim was unable to retrieve his "profits" when he attempted to do so on Jan 30.
