Last October, news seeped out that American Airlines and JetBlue were working on ultra-dense aircraft designed to maximize the number of passengers on an aircraft — cutting down on legroom in the process. "The new 737 MAX coach seat isn’t the worst thing in the sky as I had feared!" Like the rest of the plane, the bathrooms on the 737 MAX 8 are efficient and minimal — or as many interpret it: small. The cramped quarters are now causing flight attendants to complain to senior management. That process has been slowed down thanks to design flaws with ultra-dense bathrooms going into the design, but the first aircraft is apparently already in the shop.
