The airline said that what it described as "outside legal counsel retained with our insurance company" made an error in filing a legal argument Monday responding to a lawsuit filed by the girl's family. The girl is one of several children whom Estes Carter Thompson III allegedly filmed in lavatories while working as a flight attendant.
