An Amber Alert was issued Thursday night in Los Angeles when a woman carjacked a vehicle with a 16-year-old boy inside, police said. Eric Coleman was inside his mother’s Toyota Camry about 4 p.m. when it was carjacked by Kandice Johnson, said Det. Eric is black, 5-foot-8, weighs 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes, according to the California Highway Patrol. The CHP described Johnson as black, 5-foot-3 and weighing 147 pounds. UPDATES:8:15 a.m.: This article was updated with police saying Johnson carjacked the vehicle.
