Lancashire Police said the warehouse had space for storing, producing, packaging and preparing multiple types of cannabis and cannabis products for supply. When Kirkwood and Shaw were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply drugs in December 2024, a search of their phones was conducted. ‌Joshua Shaw, 33, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply cannabis and importation of cannabis. He pleaded guilty to further charges of conspiracy to supply drugs and conspiracy to produce drugs as well as conspiracy to commit burglary.
