Shares of JBG Smith Properties, a top office landlord in the Crystal City area of Arlington, Va., rose as much as 7.4% on Monday after the Washington Post reported over the weekend that Amazon was in advanced talks about locating HQ2 in the Washington suburb; shares pared gains after the Wall Street Journal report and are currently up 4.1% from Friday’s close.
