Kadiri in Anantpur district of Andhra Pradesh has been affected by drought for over 18 years. In the last five years the drought here turned severe disrupting normal life.While drought has been increasingly affecting agrarian distress and farmers' suicide, the tribulations of the children here go unnoticed. "If parents were here, I would have focused on my studies. They were forced to migrate due to our difficulties. The migration has left several elders and children to fend for themselves.
