Former President of Pakistan and Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Leader, Dr Arif Alvi talks to media persons, at Punjab Assembly in Lahore on June 3, 2024. — PPILAHORE: Former president Dr Arif Alvi has said the need of hour is to return people’s mandate back to people and heal the wounds of the nation. Three main demands today are the rule of law, release of the PTI founder and return of people’s mandate to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Alvi said he was optimistic and would continue his struggle for the truth and right. He said the solution to prevailing issues lied in quashing of cases against PTI founder Imran Khan.
