AYALA-LED Alveo Land Corp. is looking to generate as much as P45 billion in sales this year as the company continues to expand its business portfolio. Tupaz said Alveo Land was poised to launch P40 billion worth of projects in 2018. This is 20.48 percent higher than the P33.2 billion worth of actual launches in 2017. Last year, Alveo Land introduced 11 new developments totaling a combined 3,018 rooms. Alveo Land is a subsidiary of conglomerate Ayala Corp. under its largest property arm Ayala Land, Inc.
