The students of the school had been using their classroom benches as a bridge to cross the waterlogged school to attend classes. Everyone at the school had been using the bench bridge, set up by the primary school students—to enter and exit the school—as they have had no alternatives till now. The school authorities hired workers to break down walls to create an alternate entrance. However, the alternate entrance means the students, teachers, and staff will not have to cross the makeshift bench bridge to get into the school every day.
