During the inspection by health officials at residential areas, if breeding source is found, notice will be served onto individual houses, fine of Rs. 1 lakh would be levied if breeding source is found for the first, second and third time respectively. 1 lakh, Rs. 1 lakh, Rs. 10 lakh respectively for the violations.
