Now, I’m facing difficulties in receiving a refund for the trip expenses. Additionally, I purchased travel insurance from Allianz Assistance for £253. I followed the cancellation procedure outlined in my travel documents and notified the travel agent and Allianz. Allianz requested several documents, including the original booking invoice and a copy of DM’s death certificate. However, later they requested a medical certificate, a cancellation invoice from the travel agent, and a grant of probate, which was eventually withdrawn.
