By Stephen NakrosisAllego Holding B.V. on Friday said it entered a strategic partnership with ARCOS to build an electric vehicle charging site along the A355 motorway in France. In July, Allego agreed to a merger deal with special purpose acquisition company Spartan Acquisition Corp. III that will see Allego become a publicly traded company.
