An Auckland woman who's accused of setting fire to toilet paper in a Hamilton supermarket aisle has had her name suppressed. The small fire forced the evacuation of Chartwell Shopping Centre at 5.48pm on the day. Duty solicitor Rhianna Laybourn successfully argued for suppression for the woman's name on the basis that she suffered from depression. Community Magistrate Ngaire Mascelle granted the woman bail on the condition that she not enter Countdown Chartwell and reside in her Auckland home. - NZ Herald
