The Department of State Security Service on Tuesday said it would charge the spokesman of the People Democratic Party campaign in Kaduna State, Ben Bako, to court for incitement. A statement by the State Director of DSS, Mr AI Koya, on Tuesday in Kaduna said, Bako would be arraigned as soon as investigations were concluded. “Earlier on February 7, 2019, Bako had addressed a rally at Kafanchan, Jema’a local government area of Kaduna state.
