Guevarra has issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against Guia Gomez Castro, alleged drug queen engaged in drug trafficking with roque police officers,” DOJ spokesman and Undersecretary Markk Perete said on Friday. It was also learned that Castro is facing various charges in courts and has been issued arrest warrants in the past. “In any event, the ILBO issued by the SoJ directs our prosecutors to secure, when warranted, HDOs or PHDOs (precautionary HDO), as the case may be,” he added.
