Alleged N650m fraud: Former minister Akinjide granted leave to travel


A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Wednesday adjourned till March 6th, the trial of Olajumoke Akinjide, a former Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory. The charges were brought against them by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Justice Muslim Hassan granted the application. Consequently, Justice Hassan fixed March 6, to rule on the application. The defendants were re-arraigned before Justice Hassan on January 16, 2018, on the amended charges.
